Who I Am
About Me
Hello, I’m PK Sinha (he/him), a Registered Clinical Counselor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counselors. I am grateful to live in Victoria, here on the unceded, Coast Salish Territory of the Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ nations. With nearly a decade of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma (PTSD, c-PTSD) , childhood trauma, grief and loss, addictions, depression, anxiety, and career struggles such as workplace transitions, burnout, and discrimination. As a child of immigrants, I deeply understand the complexities of navigating cultural differences in multicultural societies.
My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and curiosity. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
My practice is integrative, client-centered, and research-backed, drawing from evidence-based modalities including:
Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (m-CBT)
Hakomi- Based Somatic Therapy
Motivational Interviewing
Together, we’ll explore the challenges you face, uncover your strengths, and develop sustainable strategies for growth and resilience. My goal is to empower you to reconnect with your values, restore balance, and build a life that feels purposeful and aligned. I would like to support you in creating better relationships, a more balanced life, and overall stress management.
If you’re ready to begin your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. Let’s take the next step together.
